摘要
采用夹丝半人工热电偶测温方法,正交试验研究了主轴转速、走刀速度、铣削宽度等加工参数对TC4钛合金铣削温度的影响规律,为钛合金铣削温度的研究和优化提供参考依据。
The constantan -workpiece thermal couple method was adopted to measure the milling temperature. The relationship between the milling temperature and milling parameters, including the spindle speed, feed rate, milling width, was then experimentally investigated using orthogonal test method, providing the reference basis for titanium alloy milling temperature research and optimization.
