摘要
在有机添加剂甲基丙烯酸乙酯存在的情况下,采用共沉淀方法从Fe2+与Fe3+的水溶液中制备了Fe3O4纳米粒子。分别通过X射线衍射、透射电镜研究了其结构与形貌。结果表明:当溶液中甲基丙烯酸乙酯浓度为0.015mol/L时,所制备的纳米粒子为单一的Fe3O4相;粒子呈球形,半径大约为15~30nm。同时,采用振动样品磁强计对Fe3O4纳米粒子的磁性能进行了表征。结果显示,在不同温度下测得的M-H/T曲线与温度无关,表明该粒子具有典型的超顺磁性。
Fe3O4 nanoparticles were prepared by the co-precipitation from Fe2+ and Fe3+ aqueous solutions in the presence of organic additive-methyl methacrylate. Structure and microsurface analyses were done with X-ray diffraction(XRD) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM), respectively. XRD result reveals that there was a single Fe3O4 phase when the concentration of methyl methacrylate was 0.015mol/L. The particles are almost spherically shaped and their radii range is from 15 to 30 nm from the TEM results. The magnetic properties of Fe3O4 nanoparticles were also investigated by vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The result shows that M-H/T curve measured above Tc are independent of temperature, which suggests that the magnetite particles are of super-paramagnetism.
