摘要
心力衰竭时的低钠血症是一种高容量性稀释性低钠血症,其发生机制与心输出量减少,使血管升压素分泌增加,使肾小管对水的重吸收增加所致。常规治疗方法疗效不佳。血管升压素受体拮抗药是伴有低钠血症的心力衰竭治疗的最有效方法。
Hyponatremia in congestive heart failure is a hypervolemic (dilutional) hyponatremia. Its mechanism is related to decreased cardiac output, increased arginine vasopressin release and increased water reabsorption in the renal collecting ducts. The conventional treatments are unsatisfactory. Arginine vasopressin receptor antagonist is the most effective treatment for congestive heart failure associated with hyponatremia.
