摘要
目的 :探讨尿激酶对血管升压素 (Pit)诱发大鼠梗死心肌的保护作用。方法 :以 SD大鼠腹腔注射 Pit(3 0 U/kg)造成心肌梗死模型 ,观察腹腔注射尿激酶 (5万 U / kg)对血清心肌酶 (CK、CK-MB、L DH)释放量、心电图 ST段抬高程度以及心肌病理损伤程度的影响。结果 :Pit组较对照组心肌酶 (CK、CK-MB、L DH)释放量以及心肌病理损伤程度均显著增加 (P<0 .0 1) ,ST段显著抬高 (P<0 .0 1) ;Pit+ UK组则较 Pit组心肌损伤程度明显减轻 (P<0 .0 1) ,CK、CK-MB、L DH和 ST段分别降低 54.2 %、54.5%、48.4%和 56.5% (均为 P<0 .0 1)。结论 :尿激酶对
AIM: To study the protective action of urine kinase (U K) on the myocardial infarction induced by pituitary (Pit) in rats. METHODS: The model of myocardial infarction was induced by Pit (30 U/kg, ip) in SD rats. On the models the authors observed the influences of UK (5 ten thousand U/kg, ip) on the rel ease amounts of CK, CK-MB and LDH, the elevatory degree of ST segment of ECG and the degree of myocardial damage in pat hology. RESULTS: The release amounts of CK, CK -M B and LDH, the elevatory degree of ST segment of ECG and the degree of myocar dia l damage in pathology increased in the Pit group compared with the cont rol group(all P<0.01). The degree of myocardial damage in pathology was abated ( P<0. 01). The release amount of CK, CK-MB and LDH,and the elevatory degree of ST se gment of ECG in the Pit+UK group lowered 54.2%, 54.5%, 48.4% and 56 .5% respectively compared with the Pit group (all P<0.01). CONCLUSION: UK has an obviou s protective action on the myocardial infarction induced by pituitary in rats.
