摘要
通过对提取萹蓄总黄酮的微型化学实验法(恒压分液漏斗)与常规实验法(超声波、索氏提取器)比较,实验证明微型化学实验法与常规实验法相比较,该方法具有使用试剂量小、污染小、省时间.适合选做天然有机物的提取化学实验.对所提取的黄酮类物质进行验证,用分光光度法测定含量.微型化学实验法提取萹蓄总黄酮,测得品中总黄酮的平均含量为1.96%,平均回收率为101%.
Through extracting Total Flavanone of Polygonum aviculare L the micro scale chemical experiments (constant pressure separating funnel) compared with the traditional method (supersonic wave and apparatus), a new method based on the micro scale chemical experiments compared with the traditional method ,the new method have the characteristics of less pollution, small sample volume and save time. Micri chemical experiments are good ones that are acceptable . Using spectrophotome try to extract and check the flavanone of polygonum aviculare L. Extracting Total Flavanone of Polygonum aviculare L the micro scale chemical experiments, measure sample in average content of the total flavonoid is 1.96%, average recovery rate is 101%.
