摘要 目的对柿叶中总黄酮的提取工艺进行优选。方法采用正交实验法,以总黄酮含量(mg.g-1)为指标,对乙醇浓度、溶剂量及提取次数和时间3种因素进行了研究。结果将柿叶最粗粉用25倍80%乙醇提取4次,可以获得较高的提取率。结论此工艺有效成分提取率较高,重现性好,稳定可行。 Objective To optimize the extraction process of total flavones in Persimmon Leaves . Methods The concentration and volume of alcohol, extraction time and frequency were systematically studied by the content of total flavones as the marker. Results The more effective way to extract total flavones was extraction with 25 times amount of 80% alcohol under reflux for 4 times. Conclusion This method obtains more effective components . It is stable and reliable.
