摘要
[目的]探讨赤楠叶黄酮类化合物用作植物源农药的可行性。[方法]采用微波处理、碱溶酸析等方法对赤楠叶黄酮进行提纯,用管碟法测定赤楠叶黄酮类化合物对7种细菌的抗菌活性,并测定其相应最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。[结果]粗黄酮粉末得率为15.72%,其纯度约为90.65%。100 g/L赤楠叶黄酮类化合物对藤黄八叠球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白菜软腐菌与普通变形杆菌的抑菌圈直径均大于15mm,特别是对藤黄八叠球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌高达31.3与22.5 mm。藤黄八叠球菌的MIC最小(25 g/L);金黄色葡萄球菌与白菜软腐菌次之(50 g/L);其余各菌均为100 g/L。[结论]用微波处理、碱溶酸析、聚酰胺吸附洗脱等方法提纯赤楠叶黄酮简便可行。赤楠叶黄酮类化合物对不同菌种的抑菌活性不同。
[Objective] The aim of the study was to discuss the feasibility of using flavonieds from Syzygium buxifoliurn leaves as botanical pesticide. [ Method] The flavoniods were extracted and purified b'y the method of microwave treatment, alkali-extraction and acid-precipitation from S. buxifoliurn leaves. Its antibacterial activities on 7 bacterial species were determined by cylinder-plate method and their corresponding minimum inhibition concn. (MIC) were measured. [Result] The yield rate of crude flavonoids powder was 15.72%, with purity of 90.65%. The antibacterial circle diameters of flavonieds from S. buxifoliurn leaves at 100 g/L on Sarcina lutea, Staphylococcus aureus, Erwinia carotorora and Proteus vuigaris were bigger than 15 mm, especially on S. lutea and S. aureus, being up to 31.3 and 22.5 mm. The MIC of S. lutea was smallest (25 g/L), that of S. aureus and E. carotorora were secondary (50 g/L) and that of the other bacteria were 100 g/L. [ Conclusion] Extraction and purification of flavonoids from S. buxiofium leaves by the method of microwave treatment, alkali-extraction and acid-precipitation, adsorption and elution by polyamide was simple, convenient and feasible. The flavonoids from S. buxifoliurn leaves had different antibacterial activities on different bacterial species.
