摘要
对超声波辅助提取蝙蝠葛叶总黄酮的最佳工艺条件以及总黄酮的抗氧化活性进行了研究.采用正交试验法筛选蝙蝠葛叶总黄酮最佳提取工艺.结果表明,最佳超声波提取工艺是功率150 W,乙醇浓度60%,料液比1∶20,提取时间60 min.抗氧化活性结果显示蝙蝠葛叶总黄酮具有较好的DPPH自由基清除能力.
The paper is about the ultrasonic assisted extraction optimum process conditions and antioxidative activity of total flavonoids from Leaves of Menispermum dahuricum DC.Orthogonal test method was used to select the optimum extraction technology.The results show the optimal process is power 150 W,ethanol concentration 60%,solid-liquid ratio 1 ∶ 20,extraction time 60 min.Antioxidant activity results show that the total flavonoids has good DPPH radical scavenging capacity.
