摘要
采用薄层色谱法测定了纸张样品水解液中的单糖组成。以硅胶G为固体吸附剂,以体积比为正丁醇∶乙酸乙酯∶异丙醇∶乙酸∶吡啶∶水=7∶20∶12∶7∶6∶5的混合溶剂为展开剂,以苯胺―草酸为显色剂,测定了单糖的比移值(Rf),并对纸张样品水解液中的单糖进行了定量分析。
A study on the thin layer chromatogram (TLC) method for the determination of monosaccharose in the hydrolytic solution of paper is reported, The TLC plate is prepared by applying the adsorbing material, silica gel G in colloidal solution. A mixed solution composing of n-butyl alcohol, ethylacetate, iso-butyl alcohol, acetic acid, pyridine and water in a ratio of n-butyl alcohol : ethylacetate : iso-butyl alcohol : acetic acid : pyridine : water=7 : 20 : 12 : 7 : 6 : 5 by volume is used as development agent. A solution containing aniline and oxalic acid dissolved in water-saturated n-butyl alcohol is used as color reagent. Qualitative results can be obtained in accordance to the retention factor (Rf) value of the standard spots. Satisfactory separation is acquired as shown by TLC. Quantitative analysis is performed by photometry after coloration.
