摘要
单机或单机重联运行时,因非正常情况下机车大量撒砂、造成轨道电路不能正常显示,从而导致行车事故发生,为此研制开发了机车紧急制动撒砂控制装置。该装置通过检测列车管压力及机车速度,自动控制机车紧急制动状态下且速度低于10km/h时停止撒砂,防止机车占用无显示现象的发生。经装车运行试验,满足现场运用的需要。
To avoid the operation accident due to the abnormal display of track, circuit caused by massive sanding in abnormal operation during light or multi-locomotive running, the sanding control device is developed for emergency braking of locomotive. Through the detection of pressure of the train pipe and speed of locomotive, sanding is stopped in case of emergency braking and in case of a lower speed than 10 km/h, so as to avoid occurrence of no-display of locomotive. Field running tests show that it meets the demand of field operation and reached the desired effect.
