摘要
采用在钢轨上撒砂来提高轮轨黏着牵引力和制动力是铁路运输的通用手段。国内外研究表明,撒砂量过大除了会增加沿线的污染外,不仅不能有效增加轮轨黏着,反而会降低轮轨黏着,最佳的撒砂量大约在1g/min。北京西郊线现代有轨电车采用智能化分级控制变量撒砂技术,取得了良好的应用效果。
It is a general method of train running operation to increase the wheel rail adhesion traction and braking force by spreading sand on the rail. Research at home and abroad shows that too much sand fails effectively to increase wheel rail adhesion, but reduce wheel rail adhesion. The best sanding amount is about 1 g/min. The intelligent grading control variable sanding technology is used in the modern tram on Beijing western suburb line, achieving a satisfactory application effect.
