一种轨道车辆智能化撒砂系统

摘要 为了改善轨道车辆轮轨之间的黏着状态,保证轨道车辆的牵引或制动性能,通常会为轨道车辆配置撒砂系统,文章介绍了一种轨道车辆智能化撒砂系统的组成、工作原理及控制策略等内容,实现对撒砂量与撒砂压力分别进行精确控制,从而提高砂子利用率,避免轨道车辆在高速运行时撒砂量过少无法起到改善黏着、低速运行时撒砂过多造成砂子浪费、环境污染等副作用。 In order to improve the adhesion state between wheel and rail of rail vehicles,and ensure the traction or braking performance of rail vehicles,the sanding system is usually equipped for rail vehicles.This paper introduces the composition,working principle and control strategy of the intelligent sanding system for rail vehicles,which realizes the accurate control of sand spreading amount and sand spreading pressure respectively,so as to improve the utilization rate of sand,and avoid the side effects of:poor adhesion improvement due to too little sanding amount of rail vehicles in high speed operation;sanding waste and environmental pollution due to too much sanding of rail vehicles at low speed operation.
