摘要
目的:建立盆炎净分散片中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:C18(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm,江苏汉邦公司),流动相:乙腈-水-冰醋酸(11:89:0.2),检测波长230 nm,柱温为室温,进样量为10 lμ,流速为1.0 ml/min。结果:芍药苷在0.1002-2.004μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999(9 n=5)。平均回收率为98.06(%n=5)。结论:本测定方法快速、简便,结果准确、可靠,可用于盆炎净分散片中芍药苷的含量测定。
Objective： To establish a method for determination of peoniflorin in Penyanjing Disket. Methods： The HPLC method was used, its chromatography consisted of C18 chromato bar（200 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm） with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water-glacial acetic acid（l 1：89：0.2） at detection wavelength of 230 nm, the sample size was 10μl with the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. Restuhs： Peoniflorin displayed a good linear correlation at the range of 0.1002-2.004p, g, r=0.9999（n=5）. The average recovery was 98.06%（n=5）. Conclusion： The method is accurate, reliable and simple, can be used to determine the peoniflorin in Penyanjing Disket.
