摘要
创业风险投资是一种极具影响力的资本运作方式。尽管现阶段中国的创业风险投资已经有了很大发展,但仍然在专业性人才、专业中介机构、市场准入制度等方面存在诸多问题。因此需要提出当前应予反思及修整的问题和方向。
Venture capital （VC） is an innovative and influential capital operation mode. Although China＇ s VC industry has developed much, there are still many problems in professional talents, qualified agencies, market access system and so on. Therefore, we should present issues to be considered and improved in current stage.
