摘要
本文概述了风险投资在我国的发展现状并对其在发展过程中现存的投资主体单一、资金退出渠道不畅、政府支持不力和投资人才缺乏等几个显著问题进行分析,并提出开辟多渠道的资金来源、发展多元化投资主体、完善风险投资退出机制和大力培养风险投资人才等相应对策。
This essay introduced the current develop ment situation of risk investment in China and analyzed the key issues encountered during its development, which includes the unity in the investment entity, the blockage in the capital withdraw channel, weakness in the governmental support and the shortage of investment talent etc.. By analysis, this essay risen the several solutions for the above mentioned difficulties, such as exploit more capital resources, develop multi-investment entity, accomplish the capital withdraw system and train more professions.
