摘要
企业创新行为的偏离,往往导致在资源配置中注重从供给的角度探讨资源的最优化,而忽视从需求的角度寻求战略性资源的形成和累积。创新本身是一种可以经过管理和发掘而提升其潜力的资源。以形成战略性资源为指向,探讨了资源与创新行为的契合点——企业创新资源观,分析了创新资源的内在规定性,并从管理有效性出发,从解决问题、提高绩效的角度发掘和培养内在的能力优势——创新优势,为形成资源与企业创新行为的契合提供途径。
The departure of corporation innovation behavior results in that during the resource configuration, the corporations generally pay attention to studying the resource optimization from the supplying perspective, and seldom to researching the formation and accumulation of strategic resource from the requirement perspective. Innovation itself is a resource with potential to be advanced by management and excavation. Taking the strategic resource formation as target, the paper discusses the bonding point of resource and corporation innovation behavior-corporation innovation resource viewpoint, analyzes the internal regulation nature, and from the perspective of management effectiveness, the internal capability superiority-innovation superiority should be excavated and cultivated to resolve problems, elevate performance, and provide ways to form the bonding of resource and corporation innovation behavior.
