摘要
教育机智是教师对突发性教育情境作出迅速、恰当处理的随机应变能力。教育情境是不断变化的,教师不断面临挑战,运用教育机智,就会变不利为有利,取得更为理想的教育效果。本文分析了教育机智的概念和心理结构,探讨了教学中运用教育机智解决突发"事件"的主要的策略。
The education wit is a kind of ability, which requires teachers to make a quick response to and handle appropriately the unexpected accidents in classes. As the education is changing all the time, teachers have to face various challenges. Using education wit can change negative into favorable conditions, gaining a more ideal effect. This paper analyzes the concept and the psychological structure of the education wit . It also explores the major strategies in handling the unexpected education situation by the usage of education wit.
