关注欧洲VET的持续发展——从哥本哈根到赫尔辛基工具层面的改革被引量：5

摘要 2002年11月《哥本哈根宣言》提出了欧洲在VET领域进行合作的重点,从此欧洲VET的一体化进入到“哥本哈根进程”中。本文着重阐述了该进程中贯穿始终的工具层面的4项改革——欧洲护照、欧洲资格框架、欧洲职业教育与培训学分转换系统、共同质量保证框架。
