抗苗勒管激素与卵巢功能关系的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 抗苗勒管激素(anti-Mullerian hormone,AMH)是由睾丸未成熟支持细胞和卵巢生长卵泡的颗粒细胞分泌的一类单糖蛋白,隶属于转化生长因子β超家族,具有抑制雄性苗勒管发育、调节两性生殖细胞和性腺发育的重要功能。近年来,各国学者对其在女性生殖领域的作用进行了广泛的研究。在女性,AMH可以调节卵泡发育、反映卵巢储备功能、预测卵巢对超排卵的反应性,对生殖内分泌疾病的研究有一定的价值。现就国内外AMH与卵巢功能的最新研究进展做一综述,对其进一步研究将有助于对人类生殖的了解。
