摘要 抗苗勒管激素(AMH)是由睾丸未成熟的Sertoli细胞及卵巢生长卵泡的颗粒细胞分泌,参与生殖功能的调节。研究证明,血清AMH是很好的预测卵巢储备及卵巢反应性的指标,AMH能很好地预测IVF周期中未成熟卵母细胞数,其还可能预测受精率以及预测卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)的发生。通过AMH在辅助生殖技术(ART)中的预测作用可对患者进行正确评估,制定理想的个体化治疗方案,在一定程度上可提高妊娠率,降低并发症危险因素。 Anti-mtillerian hormone(AMH), which is secreted by immature Sertoli cells of testis and granular cells of growing follicle in ovary, participates in the regulation of reproductive function. Studies have proved that serum AMH is a good predictor of ovarian reserve and ovarian response. AMH can predict the number of immature oocytes in IVF cycle, and it may also predict the fertilization rate and the incidence of ovarian hyperstiraulation syndrome (OHSS). Correct assessments of patients and ideal individualized treatment programs can be obtained through the predictive effects of AMH in assisted reproductive technology (ART), in order to promote the pregnancy rate and reduce risk factors for complications to some extent.
