摘要
目的:观察补肾活血、疏肝健脾法对免疫性卵巢早衰模型小鼠内分泌功能的影响。方法:75只小鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、补佳乐组、泼尼松组、调更益经汤组。造模成功后第7天开始各药物组灌胃给药,连续灌胃6 d,之后休息1 d,共持续4周。检测各组小鼠的生殖内分泌指标及卵巢形态改变。结果:与正常组比较,模型组卵巢指数明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与模型组比较,补佳乐组、泼尼松组、调更益经汤组卵巢指数均升高(P<0.05),调更益经汤组和补佳乐组调节作用明显(P<0.01),且调更益经汤组效果更优。与正常组比较,模型组抗透明带抗体、促卵泡生成素表达均增高,抗苗勒管激素表达均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与模型组比较,各组抗透明带抗体、促卵泡生成素表达均明显下调,抗苗勒管激素表达升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾活血、疏肝健脾方能改善卵巢的生殖内分泌功能,并可在一定程度上抑制自身免疫早衰作用。
Objective :To observe the effects of Tiaogeng Yijing Decoction Decoction, which functions to tonify Kidney and Spleen as well as activating Blood circulation and regulating Liver Qi, on endocrine function in mice with immune premature ovarian failure. Methods : Seventy-five mice were randomly divided into normal group, model group, Prognova group, Prednisone group and Tiaogeng Yijing Decoction group. Seven days after the model was established, the rats in each group were given intragastric administration for 6 days and the rats had a rest for 1 day. The treatment lasted for 4 weeks. The reproductive endocrine indexes and ovarian morpho- logical changes in each group were detected. Results:Compared with that of the blank group, the ovary index of the model group decreased significantly (P 〈 0.01 ). Compared with that of the model group, the ovary index of Prognova group, Prednisone group and Tiaogeng Yijing Decoction group significantly increased ( P 〈 0.05 ), in which the regulation effect of Tiaogeng Yijing Decoc- tion and Prognova Group was more significant( P 〈 0.01 ) and the effect of Tiaogeng Yijing Decoction was the best. Compared with that of the blank group, the expression of anti-MTR antibody and FSH in the model group significantly increased and the expression of anti-Mullerian hormone significantly decreased (P 〈 0.01 ). Compared with that of the model group, the expression of anti-MTR antibody and FSH were down-regulated and the expression of anti-Mullerian hormone increased (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion:Tiaogeng Yijing Decoction can improve ovarian reproductive endocrine function and inhibit the autoimmune premature aging to some extent.
