摘要
在不同的微波条件下,提取沙棘中的类胡萝卜素。结果表明:类胡萝卜素的最大吸收波长为449nm,各因素对类胡萝卜素提取的影响从高到低为:功率>时间>料液比。最佳工艺条件为:用丙酮作提取剂,微波功率为300W,提取时间为40s,料液比(g/mL)为1∶15,提取级数为三级时,提取效果最好。
With different microwave condition, the carotenoids in Seabuckthorn was extracted. The experiment results showed that the highest absorbance wave was 449nm and the factors that effect the extraction from high to low was: power of microwave 〉 extracting time 〉 ratio of material and liquor. The best extraction condition was: by acetone does withdraws the medicinal preparation, the microwave method power 300W, the fluid to compare 1:15, extracting time 40s,extract 3 times could be able fully to withdraw the kind of carrot element.
