实施六西格玛管理不仅是技术问题,更是管理理念和企业文化的创新问题。它的成功实施的关键因素包括:高层领导的支持、科学管理的水平、全体员工的参与以及培训与激励等。
The six sigma is not only technical issue, but also a conception of management and cultural innovation. Based on the description of the scientific perception of six sigma, the kernel management and cultural dominance of the six sigma are analyzed, and the key successful factors of six sigma implementation are proposed to the enterprises.
