摘要
随着科学技术的发展,生产工序已达到六西格玛(6σ)质量水平,传统的3σ方法不再适应现代在线控制的要求。研究以连续合格链长为控制对象的连续合格链长(CCR)控制图解决该问题,提出一种优化控制限的新方法。该方法主要是通过分析CCR图控制限和两类错误所造成总损失之间的关系,并就此建立基于两类损失最小的控制界优化数学模型,最后给出主要研究过程、最优控制下限的数学表达式及其适用条件。
Along with the technical development, the unqualified rate of the products tends nigh zero. The traditional 3σ method seems to be incapable for modern online controlling. This paper presents consecutive conforming run-length (CCR) control charts based on the number of consecutive conforming items between two successive nonconforming items, and points out a new opinion of the optical limits through the analysis of the variation between the control limits of CCR control charts and the probabilities as well as the costs of the two types of the errors. Establishing a mathematical model for its costs, gives out the major parts of the researching process, the formula for the optical control limits and the application conditions.
