摘要 采用熔融共混的方法制备了聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯/蒙脱土(PTT/MMT)纳米复合材料,并用红外光谱表征了PTT/MMT纳米复合材料的结构。通过DSC、热台偏光显微镜等研究了PTT/MMT纳米复合材料的结晶行为,测定了纳米复合材料的力学性能。结果表明,随着PTT/MMT纳米复合材料中蒙脱土含量的增加,PTT/MMT纳米复合材料的熔融结晶温度增高,其结晶过程为异相成核,纳米复合材料的力学性能有一定的提高。 Polytrimethylene terephthalate/montmorillonite(PTT/MMT) nanocomposites were prepared by the melt-blending method and the structure of PTT/MMT nanoeomposites was characterized by infrared spectrum. The crystalline behaviour of PTT/MMT nanoeomposites was studied by DSC and thermal plataform polarized light microscope and etc., and the mechanical properties were also determined. The results showed that with the increase of montmorillonite content, the crystalline temperature of PTT/MMT nanoeomposites increased, and the crystalline process was heterogeneous nucleation, and the mechanical properties of the nanoeomposites had been improved in some degree.
