摘要
采用反应型阻燃剂对阻燃剂添加量不同的PET纤维进行了试纺。结果表明,对于阻燃剂添加量从4%~12%的阻燃聚酯纤维可采用同一纺丝工艺,且可纺性良好;阻燃剂添加量增大,阻燃性能提高,极限氧指数最高可达到34%左右,纤维的抗张强度减小,但强度降低不超过10%。
Flame-retardant polyester fibers of reaction type are span experimentally with different additive contents. The results show that these flame-retardant polyester fibers can be produced by the same spinning process when the flame-retardant contents are in the range of 4%-12%. The fiber produced reveals good spinnability. Increasing the content of flame retardant, the flame-retardant properties of polyester fibers can be improved. The limiting oxygen index approaches 34%. A slight decrease of breaking strength is observed, but the decrease of breaking strength is low than 10%.
