摘要 文章基于对国际教师教育发展历程的考察,归纳分析了美国职前教师教育中有效促进职前教师专业学习与成长的教育实习指导策略,以供国内师范院校开展教育实习活动时借鉴、学习。 Educational Practice is an integrating part of pre-service teacher education, which can span the gap between theory and practice. Based on the analysis of the developing process of international teacher education, the paper reviews and analyzes guidance strategies of education practice which can enhance pre-service teachers'professional learning and growth in Americapre-service teacher education. These guidance strategies can be usedfor referencewhen domestic normal universities implementeducational practice activities.
