摘要
培养应用型复合人才是地方性工科院校的目标,根据社会发展和经济建设的需要,结合地方性工科院校的特点,进行机械学科和材料学科在专业结构调整、课程体系改革、教学模式改进、加强实践环节、产学研结合办学等方面的创新和改革,探索"知识-能力-素质(KAQ)"人才培养模式的构建,收到了显著的办学效果。
