摘要
在分析内蒙古上都电厂600 MW空冷机组锅炉给水泵的备用联锁控制及相关运行方式的基础上,对原运行方式中存在的问题及其控制策略进行了改进,对改进前、后的设备可用率进行了比较。结果表明,改进后的设备可用率从改造前的20%提高到了70%。
On the basis of analysing standby interlocking control and related operation mode of boiler feed - water pump for 600 MW air cooling unit of Shangdu Power Plant in Inner Mongolia Region, the problems existing in original mode and its control strategy have been improved,and a comparison of equipment's availability ratio before and after improvement being carried out. Results show that the equipment's availability ratio after improvement has been enhanced from 20% before improvement to 70%.
