摘要
基于FCS165控制系统在陕西秦岭发电有限公司超临界2×600MW空冷机组控制系统的应用,介绍了FCS165控制系统通信网络的配置、架构、特点,分析了该通信网络的缺陷及其解决方案,并对通信网络的可靠性进行了分析及研究。结果表明,FCS165现场总线控制系统通信网络具有工业级网络的安全性和可靠性,能够满足电站机组控制的要求。
On the basis of application of the FCS165 fieldbus control system in integrated control system of two supercritical 600MW air cooled units in Qinling Power Plant,the industrial ethernet configuration structure and features of the FCS165 system were introduced.Moreover,the disadvantages and solutions of this FCS165 control system were investigated,also the industrial ethernet reliability were also analyzed and summarized.The results show that,ethernet of the FCS165 fieldbus control system had industrial security and reliability,which can meet the requirements of the power plant units control system.
