摘要
本文通过对相对于传统乡村组织的现代企业组织的人类学研究历程的检视,阐述了组织人类学的研究方法、着眼点、理论导向以及研究特征,说明田野参与观察中的"组织"仍处于大文化(诸如族群、国别与区域文化)的内涵之中。本文还涉及企业组织在今日快速的全球化进程中,何以主动地进行文化变迁来应对与适应世界。
On the basis of the review of the history of the anthropological studies to the modern organizations(versus studies to the traditional organizations),this paper discusses the methods,starting points,theoretical targets and study characteristics.The paper argues that in the participant observation of fieldwork,the organizations are still under the larger scale cultures like ethnic groups,nations and districts.It is also involving business organizations how to change their culture proactively to cope and adapt with today world in globalization.
