摘要
目的探讨健康教育对住院精神分裂症患者家属情绪障碍的影响。方法按照入院的先后顺序将200名住院精神分裂症患者家属随机分成研究组和对照组各100名。在患者住院期间对研究组家属进行健康教育。采用状态焦虑量表(S-AI)对两组患者家属进行健康教育前后(入院和出院时)的测评。结果健康教育前,研究组状态焦虑量表评分为50.15±8.10,对照组为50.20±8.00,分别与国内常模(39.71±8.89分)比较,均P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。健康教育前后(入院和出院时)研究组状态焦虑量表评分比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论健康教育可以改善住院精神分裂症患者家属的情绪障碍,提高患者的康复进程。
Objective To explore the effect of health education intervention on emotional disorder of families of schizophrenic inpatients. Methods 200 families of schizophrenic inpatients were equally randomized into two groups: the study group receiving health education and the control group only receiving with ordinary treatment. S-AI on emotional disorder was used to evaluate them before and after health education. Results The S-AI score of families in the study group after health education was significantly lower than before health education, and the S-AI score of families in the control group after health education was not significantly lower than before health education.The S-AI score of families in the study group was not significantly lower than the control group before intervention, and the S-AI score of families in the study group was significantly lower than the control group after intervention.Condusion The health education on the emotional disorder of families of schizophrenia inpatlents can reduce the emotional disorder and propel the patients rehabilitation.
