水合肼在多壁碳纳米管修饰电极上的电化学行为及测定 被引量:1

摘要 报道了水合肼在碳纳米管修饰电极上的电化学行为以及水合肼测定的新方法。与裸玻碳电极相比,多壁碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极使水合肼的氧化峰电流显著提高,同时氧化过电位降低,测定灵敏度大为提高。优化了底液、pH、修饰剂量等测定条件。在最佳条件下,该修饰电极测定水合肼的线性范围为2.9×10^-8~9.8×10^-4mol/L,线性相关系数为-0.9945,检出限为1.0×10^-9mol/L。对1.0×10^-4mol/L的水合肼平行测定10次的相对标准偏差为4.4%。此方法已用于模拟水样中水合肼的测定。 A multi-walled carbon nanotube modified electrode was fabricated and applied to the determination of hydrazine hydrate. Compared with the bare glassy carbon electrode (GCE), the modified GCE lowered the oxidation overpotential of hydrazine hydrate and enhanced its oxidation peak current greatly. The influences, such as the pH of the background solution, the amount of applied MWNT, on the oxidation peak current of hydrazine hydrate were also examined. Under the optimum conditions, the oxidation peak current of hydrazine hydrate varies linearly with its concentration in the range from 2.9 × 10^-8 to 9.8 × 10^-4 mol/L with a detection limit of 1.0 × 10^-9 mol/L based on S/N = 3. The relative standard deviation of ten modified electrodes is 4.4% at hydrazine hydrate concentration of 1.0 × 10^-4 mol/L, indicating the good reproducibility of the method.
