摘要 将普鲁士蓝粉末与固体石墨碳糊混合制成了普鲁士蓝化学修饰电极,研究了该修饰电极对过氧化氢的电催化还原及对水合肼的电催化氧化特性.作为化学传感器,用该电极对过氧化氢和水合肼进行了测定.线性范围:过氧化氢为6 4×10-6~2 2×10-4mol/L,水合肼为1 2×10-6~3 0×10-4mol/L.该传感器灵敏度高,稳定性、重现性好. A Prussian blue-modified solid paraffin carbon paste electrode (PB/SCPE) is fabricated with PB powder synthesized in a chemical way and solid paraffin carbon paste. Its strong electrocatalytic action towards the reduction of the hydrogen peroxide and the oxidation of the hydrazine hydrate are shown from the PB modifier.The hydrogen peroxide and hydrazine hydrate are detected by this sensor. The relationship between the peak height and the concentration of hydrogen peroxide is linear from 6.4×10^(-6)~2.2×10^(-4) mol/L,while that of hydrazine hydrate is linear from 1.2×10^(-6)~3.0×10^(-4)mol/L.The stability and catalytic capability of sensor are satisfactory. It is possible for this sensor to be developed to a biosensor.
