摘要
建立了高效液相色谱测定蜂花粉中糠氨酸的分析方法,方法用于实际样品测定,评价蜂花粉在贮藏加工过程中营养物质的损失变化。样品经盐酸水解,C18柱净化,用高效液相色谱测定。该方法在10min内即可完成糠氨酸的分离与检测。糠氨酸在0.5~200mg/L的范围内线性关系良好,相关系数0.9987。在10~100mg/kg的添加水平上回收率在89.2%~94.3%之间,相对标准偏差为2.1%~6.5%。此方法可以作为标准方法用于评价蜂花粉产品的质量。
A simply analytical method was developed for determination of furosine in bee pollen using highperformance liquid chromatography with a UV detector. The samples was hydrolysis by10 M HCl. The extraction and cleaning up were performed using a C18 cartridge. The separation and determination were carried out within 10 min. The concentration ranges of furosine were 0.5 - 200mg/mL, and the correlation coefficients of linear were 0.9987. The average recoveries of furosine in spiked samples ranged form 89.2% -94.3% , and the relative standard deviations were between 2.1% - 6.5 %. Satisfied results come when the developed method was applied to analysis practical samples. The method could be as a standard method for assessing quality of bee pollen.
