摘要 电子制造业飞速发展,对微电子制造工程人才培养模式,提出了培养具有创新精神和实践能力的毕业生的新要求,为适应这一要求,对微电子制造工程人才培养模式创新实验区建设进行了探索。通过提出和确定人才培养模式改革的思路和定位、设计人才培养模式创新实验区方案、建立人才培养模式创新实验区管理与运行机制,最终形成了有利于多样化创新人才成长的培养体系,该体系的建立构建了新的人才培养模式,有利于培养创新人才,为满足电子制造业对微电子制造工程人才的需要奠定了坚实基础。 The rapid development of electronic manufacturing industry calls for updated training models which can turn out graduates with creativity and practical ability. In order to address this new requirement, an experimental program is proposed in this paper for the training of talented workers for the industry of microelectronic manufacturing. Strategies for innovating the existing training approaches, approaches and steps for constructing the experimental training program, and the management of the program are discussed in details. This program is proposed in the hope to lay a foundation for the production of new talents to satisfy the new developments of the industry of microeleetronic manufacture.
