摘要
为满足机械工程人才需求,结合学校特色,探讨了机械设计制造及其自动化优势专业人才培养的模式改革。给出了优势专业建设的目标与思路、分析了人才培养方案的实施,介绍了师资队伍建设,重点讨论了优势专业建设中教育教学的改革。形成了较完善的适应多样化人才的培养方案,加强了工程实践及学生创新能力的培养,为快速发展机械行业提供了复合型工程应用人才。
According to the talent demand of the machine engineering,the talent training mode of the major of machine design manufacture and automation is discussed in the paper.The construction target and train of thought of the dominant specialty was given according to diversified talents target,and the cultivation plan was carried out.The construction of teachers＇ team was introduced.Education and teaching reform in the dominant specialty construction was discussed in detail.The perfect talent training scheme was built up,and the training of college students engineering practice and the creative ability were strengthened.So it should provide the compound talents adapted to the time tide for the fast developing mechanical manufacturing industry.
