摘要 研究了在羟丙基-β-环糊精(HP-β-CD)和曲拉通X-100(TritonX-100)存在下,NaAc-HAc介质中,以水杨基荧光酮(SAF)作为荧光试剂,用荧光猝灭法测定微量铁的新方法。络合物的最大激发波长和发射波长分别为365nm和530nm。25mL溶液中,Fe^3+含量在0.034-3.0μg范围内符合线性关系,方法检出限为1.36μg/L。干扰离子较少,已用于管网水中铁的测定,相对标准偏差为1.1%,标准加入回收率为98.0%-101.2%。 A new fluorescence quenching method for the determination of micro iron with salicyfluor-one(SAF) in NaAc-HAc medium and in the presence of TritonX-100 and hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodex-trin(HP-β-CD) has been described. The excitation and emission wavelengths were 365 nm and 530 nm, respectively. The linear range was 0.034-3.0μg/25 mL. The detection limit was 1.36μg/L, and theinterfering ions were less . The method has been applied to the determination of micro iron in tap water with recovery of 98.0%-101.2% and relative standard deviation of 1.1%.
