摘要
本文用荧光熄灭法研究了苯基荧光酮-TritonX-100-Mo(Ⅵ)体系的测定方法及条件。在pH1.0~3.0的盐酸介质中,Mo(Ⅵ)检测限为0.2μg/25mLff在0.2~2.0μg/25mL范围内具有线性关系。本法灵敏度高,选择性好,用于检测球墨铸铁中的微量钼,结果满意。
Mo(Ⅵ)in nodular cast iron was rapidly deter-mined by fluorometric quenching method withphenylfluorone and triton X-1 00. In a strong acidmedium,Mo (Ⅵ).PF and tritonX-100 react to formacomplex. Its cornposition was established by isomolarand continuous variation methods as Mo(Ⅵ):PF=1:2. Its maximum excitation wavelength is 500nm,and the maximum ernission wavelength is510nm. Thelinear range is at 0.2~2. 0μg/25mL and Mo(Ⅵ)hasadetection limit of 0.2μg/25mL. The method is selec-tive and highly sensitive to molybdenum.
