摘要
在醇盐水解水热合成α-Al2O3粉体过程中,加入微量的α-Al2O3晶种,经1100℃煅烧获得了α-Al2O3粉体。晶种的加入,增加了形核密度,降低形核势垒和形核功,从而降低了α相转变温度,同时晶种加入也减轻了粉体颗粒间的团聚。
α-Al2O3 powders were prepared at 1100℃ by added α-Al2O3 as crystal seeds in the process of synthesizing hydroxide alumina powders by hydrolyzation and hydrothermal treatment of alkoxide. The addition of crystal seeds increases the nucleation density, reduces the nucleation barrier energy and therefore reduces the transformation temperature of α phase, at the same time, lightens agglomeration among particles.
