摘要 对醇盐水解法制备的 Y_2O_3稳定 ZrO_2超细粉体进行了研究.在不同的水解条件下,由异丙醇锆和硝酸钇的异丙醇溶液制取8mol%Y_2O_3-ZrO_2粉体,并对粉体的性能进行了表征,探讨了粉体的形成机制、细分散性和某些因素对它们的影响.结果表明:水解介质的 pH 值和 H_2O/Zr 比对水解凝胶化过程有较大的影响,通过改变水解和缩聚两个反应发生的相对程度,影响最终粉体的性能.在碱性条件下,通过锆的醇盐和钇的无机盐混合水解可以获得组成均匀、无明显团聚的10nm 以下的稳定氧化锆细粉. 8mol% Y_2O_3 stabilized zirconia superfine powder prepared by hydrolysis of alkoxide hasbeen studied.The powder fabricated under various conditions of hydrolysis from mixed solu-tion of zirconium isopropoxide and yttrium nitrate in isopropanol was characterized by TEM,specific area and X-ray diffractometry.Grain growth mechanism and dispersion of powder aswell as some preparation parameters which affect them were discussed.The investigated resultsindicated that the pH and H_2O/Zr values of hydrolysis agent have significant effect on Sol-gelpeoccess.Stabilized zirconia powder which has homogeneous composition and less agglomera-tion with size below 10nm can be obtained by means of co-hydrolysis of zirconium alkoxide andinorganic salt of yttrium in isopropanol with basic medium.
