摘要
以异丙醇铝水解制备α-Al2O3粉体,研究了晶种的加入对前驱体物相变化、氧化铝粉体的形貌以及其烧结性能的影响。结果表明,加入5%左右的α-Al2O3作为晶种时,可以降低氧化铝粉体的转相温度,能获得分散性更好、平均粒径更小的α-Al2O3粉体,其烧结性能也有所提高。
α-Al2O3 powder was synthesized by aluminum isopropoxide hydrolizing, effects of seed on the phase transformation, the photogragh of α-Al2O3 and its sintering character were investigated. The result is that after adding 5% α-Al2O3 seed,the alpha phase transfermation temperature was lower, α-Al2O3 powder had a better distribution, and sintered easilier.
