Preparation of Nano-Alumina from Kaolin Middling Ore

摘要 采用高岭土选矿过程中产生的质量较差的高岭土中矿作为原料来制备高档产品氧化铝,所制得的氧化铝粉体为纳米级,具有较高的化学纯度,且氧化铝的浸出率较高。同时将溶出的无定形二氧化硅作为副产品,实现了对该中矿的综合利用。 High grade Alumina powder was prepared from Kaolin middling ore as raw materials,which was produced from the kaolin processing.The as-prepared alumina product is nano-material with higher chemical purity.The extraction rate of alumina from kaolin is higher and the silica is dissolved to be used as byproducts.The whole technical route process realized the comprehensive utilization of kaolin middling ore.
