摘要
结合实际污水处理工程的运行经验,深入分析了SBR工艺的运行参数和运行方式、环境因素及污泥自身平衡因素等方面对SBR工艺污泥特性的影响。分析结果表明:污泥龄必须大于15天,以保证硝化的需要;为了提高反硝化速度,C/N必须大于4;污泥负荷降低到1.0 kg BOD/kg MLSS.d时,SVI迅速升高,加速污泥膨胀的发生;与低温条件下相比,20℃左右的污泥更易压缩沉降;EPS的存在不利于污泥沉降,随着EPS浓度增大导致污泥沉降性能恶化。
Based on the sewage treatment project experiences, the influences of the operating parameters and manner on SBR, environmental factors and balancing factors of sludge were adequately analyzed in this paper. Analytical results indicated that sludge age is necessary greater than about 15 days to guarantee the need of nitrify; In order to accelerate the speed of denitrification, C/N must be bigger than 4; When the sludge load reduces to 1.0 kg BOD/kg MISS·d, the numerical value of SVI prompt quickly that can accelerate the sludge expands ; Compared with the low temperature condition, the sludge in 20 ℃ is easy to be compressed and subside; the existence of EPS has disadvantage in sludge subsidence, accompanying with the density enlarge will lead to the function of sludge subsidence worsen.
