摘要
将有机生活垃圾与污泥混合作为原料应用于厌氧于发酵中,对条件下的物料进行流动特性分析,利用RV2旋转粘度计测量有机生活垃圾与污泥不同混合比例和不同温度条件下的表观粘度,并绘制相应的流变曲线。结果表明:不同含量的有机垃圾与污泥的表观粘度在发酵前后不同,发酵前后污泥每增加一份其粘度分别增加15.41%,10.26%,而增加一份有机物其粘度分别降低12.79%,6.92%;原料的配比浓度对粘度有较大影响,污泥浓度与其粘度成正比关系,且发酵前的粘度是发酵后的1—3倍;混合物料在温度较低时,粘度值随温度升高而下降的趋势较大,温度较高时,这种趋势变缓;且随着剪切速率的增加表观粘度逐渐降低至最后趋于稳定。该项研究为沼气工程中的设备选型及输送等工作提供了理论参考依据,具有实际的指导意义。
The mixture of organic household waste and sludge was used as raw material in dry anaerobic fermentation and the material flow characteristics was analyzed in this study. The RV2 viscometer was adopted to measure the apparent viscosity of material mixture in different mixing ratio at the different temperatures, and accordingly the corresponding rheologi- ca] curve were drawn. The resalts revealed that different amounts of organic household waste and sludge had the different apparent viscosity before and after fermentation. One additional portion of sludge brought the viscosity increased by 15.41% and 10.26% respectively before and after fermentation, while the viscosity decreased by 12.79%, 6.92% re- spectively for one additional portion of organic household waste. The concentration ratio of raw materials had a greater influence on the viscosity. It was in positive proportional relation between viscosity and sludge concentration, and the viscosity before fermentation was 1- 3 times as high as that o~ after fermentation. And the viscosity had the greater tendency to decrease with the increase of temperature at low temperature range, while this tendency became slow down in higher temperature range. Simultaneously, the apparent viscosity was reduced to stable gradually with the increase of shear rate.
