经典的下临界分枝过程第n代存活的概率的接近形式为cmn.为了获得c的更精确的界,在繁衍概率母函数三阶导数存在时,详细讨论了c的界的状况,并通过泊松型繁衍概率母函数f(s)=em(t-1)的实例,说明用该方法获得界是比较好的。
The probability that a line descended from an individual still survives in generation n is asymptotically of the form cm% A method is derived whereby good bounds for c is obtained. This method makes use of the first three moments of the distribution of offspring.
