用有机层厚度匹配法制作的有机电致蓝光器件 被引量:5

A Blue Organic Light-emitting Devices Fabricated by Using Thickness-matched Organic Layers

摘要 采用各有机层厚度匹配的方法制备了具有较好性能的有机电致蓝光器件。器件的基本结构为:1TO/2T—NATA/NPBX/DPVBi/Alq3/LiF/Al。当2T—NATA的厚度为20nm,NPBX的厚度为15nm,DPVBi的厚度为35nm,Alq3的厚度为30nm,LiF的厚度为0.5nm时,器件的性能最好。在电流密度为796mA/cm^2时,最大亮度达到11600cd/m^2,在电流密度为30mA/cm^2,器件的效率达到最大为2.32cd/A。器件的开启电压较低,在6V工作电压下,亮度达到207.3cd/m^2。在5~13V较大的范围内,色度几乎不随驱动电压或电流密度的改变而改变,稳定在x=0.16,y=0.15附近。 A high performance blue organic light-emitting devices (OLED) with the structure of ITO/2T-NATA/NPBX/DPVBi/Alq3/LiF/Al was fabricated by matching organic layers thickness. The performance of the blue OLED is the best with the thickness of 2T-NATA at 20 nm, NPBX at 15 nm, DPVBi at 35 nm, Alq3 at 30 nm and LiF at 0.5 nm. The device shows the maximum luminance of 11 600 cd/m^2 at the current density of 796 mA/cm^2 and the maximum luminous efficiency of 2.32 cd/A at the current density of 30 mA/cm^2. The turn-on voltage of the devices is much lower. The device luminance is 207.3 cd/m^2 at the applied voltage of 6 V. The luminous chroma does not vary with the change of applied voltage or current density . The commission international De L Eclariage(CIE) chromaticity coordinates is very stable at (0.16,0. 15) while the applied voltage varies from 5 V to 13 V.
