水分胁迫对闽引圆叶决明(Chamaecrista rotundifolia)活性氧代谢的影响 被引量:8

摘要 采用人工控水盆栽法研究干旱胁迫对圆叶决明叶片的O.2产生速率、MDA含量和细胞质膜透性的变化以及SOD、POD和CAT酶活性的影响,结果表明:在干旱胁迫下,圆叶决明叶片中O2.产生速率增加,细胞膜透性增大,作为膜脂过氧化产物的MDA含量也随着升高;不同的保护酶在变化趋势和幅度上有差异,随着胁迫程度的加深,SOD、POD酶活性上升,CAT活性则在轻度干旱胁迫时较高于其他处理;随着胁迫时间的延长,SOD、CAT酶活性上升,POD活性则在胁迫第15 d开始下降。 Effects of varying soil water content and stress time on the O2^·- production rate, malondialdehyde (MDA) content, plasma membrane permeability (PMP), as well as the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) in the leaves of Charnaecrista rotundifolia were studied by using pot experimentation. The results showed that, under drought stress, (a) the O2^·- production rate and PMP increased with decreasing water content in soil, (b) leave MDA content accumulated, and (c) activities of protective enzymes varied. With the increase of stress, the activities of SOD and POD increased. The CAT activity was higher under mild drought stress than the others. With the treatment prolonged, the activities of SOD and CAT increased, but the POD activity started to decrease 15 days after the drought-stress treatment.
