摘要 概述了草坪草抗旱机理和抗旱性鉴定的研究现状,抗旱主要包括御旱性和耐旱性;抗旱性鉴定主要包括反复干旱法、质膜透性、叶片含水量、草坪质量评分、脯氨酸含量和抗氧化酶含量与活性。阐述了当前草坪草抗旱性研究方向。 The current status of drought resistance mechanisms and drought resistance identification is summarized. The mechanism of turfgrass drought resistance involved drought avoidance and drought tolerance. Recurrent aridity method, plasm membrane penetration,turf quality, water content in leaves, praline accumulation, activity and content of antioxidtive enzymes under the drought stress were important assessing drought resistance in turfgrass.Some important directions for further study is pointed out.
