摘要 目的探讨下腔静脉滤器置入在下肢深静脉血栓治疗中预防肺动脉栓塞发生的作用。方法对36例下肢深静脉血栓病人实施了下腔静脉滤器置入术,共置入滤器36枚,其中永久性滤器31枚,临时滤器5枚,然后对深静脉血栓进行溶栓治疗。结果36例下腔静脉滤器置入全部成功,无并发症发生。所有病例在溶栓过程中均末出现肺动脉栓塞。结论下肢深静脉血栓溶栓治疗前置入下腔静脉滤器,能有效预防肺栓塞发生,且方法简便,易于操作。 Objective To evaluate the effect of implanting inferior vena cava filter (VCF) to prevent pulmonary embolism due to detachment of thrombus in deep vein of lower extremities. Methods Before thrombolysis therapy, 36 inferior vena cava filters including 31 permanent VCF and 5 temporary VCF were placed in 36 patients with deep venous thrombosis. Results The vena cava filters were successfully implanted in all cases, and there were no complications occurred. Conclusion Inferior vena cava filter's placement is an effective and safe technique for preventing pulmonary embolism before performing thrombolysis therapy. This operation is simple and is deserved to clinical application.
